Best practices - how to review a digital brochure?

Hi, I was wondering if someone found a good workflow for reviewing a digital brochure with their customer. Currently, we are making screenshots for every single page and every single object state, and put them all together into a PDF for the customer to comment on it.

There has to be an easier way, right? Anybody who came up wit a better idea?

There are a variety of ways that you could get client feedback for your digital brochure. Here are a few suggestions:

• Share a zipped HTML file
  • You can send them the output to review. They would need to write feedback separately indicating page numbers and elements that need editing. 
    • Sharing zipped HTML files via Email
• Upload your content and password protect it
  • If the content isn't intended to be public yet, then you can upload it, password protect it, and send your client the URL. The client will also need to write their feedback separately indicating page numbers and elements.

• Take screenshots and share them
  • You mentioned that you're sending screenshots which is a good idea. There are a few options you can use to send them and get feedback.
    • Add your screenshots to a PDF and send the PDF for review.
      • Starting a PDF review
    • If you open your screenshots in Photoshop, you can use the Share button to publish the content and generate a link to send to your client. The link will take your client to a page where they can add comments. You can access your published content at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents under the Published tab.
    • You can add your screenshots to your Creative Cloud folder on your hard drive that syncs to your Creative Cloud storage. Currently, you would access that content at https://assets.adobe.com/files where you would click on the file, click on the corresponding 3 dots, and select Get Link to create a link to share with your client.
• Make a video of interacting with the content and share it using Frame.io 
  • Screen capture yourself interacting with the interactive content on the pages.

  • If you're a Creative Cloud all apps subscriber, then you could use Frame.io as a part of your subscription to allow your client to add comments and make annotations to a frame in the timeline.

This is a great question, I've always wanted to see something like what Adobe does for commenting on XD files for In5.
