Hi I have orange glossary terms that link to the glossary in the back that aren't working.  The glossary terms in the back that link to those same words do work.  I have checked the forums and nothing is blocking those text boxes and I am updated with the most recent version.  Can you please help me with this issue?

I'm sorry that the hyperlinks on your glossary terms aren't working. Thank you for sending a link to your content.

There could be a couple of reasons that the links aren't working.

  • Is the text grouped and is Render Groups as Images selected in the Advanced section of the Export HTML5 with in5 dialog (in5 > Export HTML5 with in5)?
  • Are there any objects that cover the hyperlinks? Buttons and hyperlinks need to be on top in order to be clickable.
If neither of these are the cause, would you be able to send us your InDesign file or a sample InDesign file that recreates the issue to us at:

The text boxes are not grouped.   Nothing is blocking the text boxes.  I am sending you the Indesign file now.  Thanks!
Sounds good. I'll take a look.
