Hi. I am currently using v3.6.9 and in most cases the animation timings for an exported multi-page web doc match the appearance/timing I'm seeing in the preview window in InDesign. At the moment, I'm trying to animate a number of things that happen in sequence as a result of a button click instead of OnPageLoad, and the usual timing approach doesn't seem to be working at all upon export, even though it looks right in the preview. Is there something I'm missing? I just can't figure out why the timing setup works as expected sometimes and not other times. Wondering if the OnRelease command is changing something about how timings need to be set up? The export results are not consistent. No idea how to fix this. Thank you! MC

Addendum: I tried building the same sequence all OnPageLoad (no button clicks to trigger anything) and the timings worked perfectly, matching the preview in ID. Looks like a long-ish sequence of events cannot currently be accurately programmed for timing on an OnRelease command for some reason. I'd appreciate any input you may have on this behavior discrepancy. Thank you! MC

Here's some more information on animation, timing, and events that might help. When you created the animation and assigned a button click to it, did you turn off the On Page Load event? I'd be happy to take a look at how you have it set up if you'd like to send your InDesign file to us with a description of what you'd like to see happen with the timings at https://ajarproductions.com/pages/contact.php?category=in5&software_issue=bug.
