Like for example an animated element will fly in on scroll, so when the top of the page hits 800px in a long tall doc, it triggers an animation. Does this function exist?

With the Continuous Scroll Page Formats the On Page Load events are triggered when the page comes into view.

You can create pages with variable sizes, so "short" pages could be used to let you trigger animations more precisely.

Hi EGamet, if you have pages set up for continuous scroll, at what point is the page considered "loaded" and an on page load animation triggered?
I guess what I'm wondering is how closely you could fake the "on scroll" effect
When the full page is loaded, it would trigger. You'd have to break it into smaller pages. You could make a really short page, eg. 200px. That would cause on page load animations to trigger more quickly. And the page heights can vary.
