Viewer Display: Is there a way to make the display logo in the control frame clickable?

Apologies if this is something I missed. Other than editing the output HTML file, is there a way to make the display logo in the control frame clickable?

Yes, create an SVG with a hyperlink and use that as your Viewer Display logo:
