iPad screen no bounce JS

Hi Exchangers!

Anyone knows a compatible JS for in5 that stops the iPad screen from vertical scroll bouncing? I am trying to prevent the screen to bounce when tap-hold and pull down.

This is a little tricky because it's the default behavior of the device/browser.

It may disable swiping though, so test it carefully.
