I can successfully convert my swf animations in indesign to html5, but the folio overlay animations don't convert over. This is what I do:

* make indesign document
* convert to flash
* embed flash file in new indesign document
* convert new file into html5

I'm trying to still take advantage of things like pan & zoom and slideshows, etc. that come with Folio overlays.

How do I keep ALL the animations?

Please help.

I'm also looking forward to the answer :)
It will be great if folio overlays could be converted!
Could you provide a numbered list of the folio overlays that you would most like to use with in5?

We're currently working on scrolling text.
@theIgg
DO you use the noraml export to HTML5 or use in5. Dis you have sucess with slideshow/pan&zoom from InDesign to HTML5?
in5 does not currently support Slideshow or Pan & Zoom, but feel free to add new requests and we'll see what we can do.

Scrolling text is now supported in version 1.0.0.

[EDIT 4/23/2013] The Slideshow overlay is now supported in version 1.4.0.

HTML Animations can be embedded thusly: https://ajarproductions.com/pages/products/in5/answers/83/in5-support-for-adobe-edge-animate-oam-file

Which other overlays would you most like to see?

[EDIT 7/8/2013] As of version 1.5, all Overlays (except Panorama) are supported by in5.

In5 recognize OAM animation to HTML5?
Not at the moment (as OAM). The content can be linked by embedding iframe HTML in InDesign (as shown in the link above).
As of version 3.1, OAM files are also now supported.
