Upgrade in5 plan

Question

About 1 month ago we renew "in5" plan (billed annually) and now would like to upgrade to "ElitePlan".

How to proceed without losing money for "ProPlan" we have just payed for.

Thanks for reaching out! Upgrading to the Elite Plan is easy. The process is straightforward and pro-rated, so you’ll receive credit for any unused time on your current plan.

You can upgrade your in5 plan anytime by clicking the Edit (pencil) icon next to your plan name in your online account, or by visiting the upgrade page directly. You can also restart a previously canceled plan from that page.
