Desktop Scaling with just arrows in liquid

Question

As liquid layouts stop desktop scaling from working can anyone advise a workaround or setting to allow my content to scale as the browser is resized. 

I dont want scroll, slider or flipbook, which is why im using Liquid to result in plain pages with left/right arrows only

Try combining your Liquid Layout with in5's Responsive Layouts using InDesign's alternate layouts. Here's a video where Justin shows how:
