Sometimes, when you try to change the resources, either CSS or JS, and press the "+" button or attempt to edit a field, the "Edit resource" pop-up does not appear.
The only way to resolve this is to deactivate the account and then reactivate it.
Another user reported similar behavior in this thread, but we haven't been able to reproduce the issue with consistency. If you are able to reproduce it consistently, would you please share with us how you were able to reproduce it?
