I am using the latest version of the in5 plugin on our website with WordPress 6.4.1My problem is that publishing through the plugin does not work. When I click on "Click to embed here" in the WordPress editor, the two tabs "Library" and "Add new" open. I upload my .zip file under "Add new", and the files upload but then nothing happens at all... The .zip file appears in the "Library" tab but nothing happens in the body of the page.I would be very grateful if you could help me with this - I'm not sure if there is interference with another plugin? We do not use some of the other plugins that you have stated cause interference such as Eleminator or WPGlobus.
Thanks!
Usually issues with adding content to WordPress stem from interference with a third-party editor, plugin, or theme that is interfering with the in5 WordPress plugin.
You could try the following:
This is the screen shot - we have disabled plugins and upped the file size.. still does not work. It was working for me a few weeks ago after we made those changes but now it does not.
Thank you for posting a screenshot of the error message from WordPress. The error message alone does not provide additional information that can be used to troubleshoot your issue.
Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the readout from your Console? Here are the step-by-step instructions that you can use to access the Console in Chrome:
You can either post the screenshot of your Console here with your reply or send it to us. If you're having trouble accessing the Console, you might contact us here:
Try closing the error message and then using the steps to look at the Console.
The Console should give you more information. If you're getting a 500 error code, then that is a generic server error that is displayed when the specific issue is unknown. In that case, it's likely something about your server configuration that is blocking the in5 WordPress plugin's admin functions. Your webhost may be able to take a look and get more specific information about the issue.
