Yes, you can make a 3D flip card autoplay and loop without clicking by adding the Slideshow widget (in5 > Interactive Widgets > Slideshow) to your 3D flip card. A 3D flip card is based on a multi-state object (MSO) and so is the Slideshow widget. So after you make your MSO and apply 3D flip card settings to it, then use the Slideshow widget to set Auto Play and Loop. You can turn off the Cross Fade transition if desired.
