Making 3D flip cards function with more than 2 states?

in5 3.5.4, InDesign 2020, Windows

When exporting multi state items that are set as a 3D flip card they will only function if there are 2 states for the object. If there are more than 2 states the card will not flip. Is there a way to have a card flip to show each new state on the turn?

Unfortunately, no. The flip card only allows for the two separate states.
