Best poll software to use with in5?

Question

I'm an in5 newbie, loving the ease of use so far. My question is, I want to be able to run an ongoing poll for website visitors to participate in. Anyone have any free software they prefer that works for online polls? I have jot form, but I can't seem to figure out how to embed it into my layouts properly? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

For embedded forms, we usually recommend Google Forms:

You could also embed your jot form by adding its embed code in InDesign (Object > Insert HTML...).
