Hyperlink across files in InDesign not showing up on web page

Question

I generated an HTML "landing page" from an InDesign file and then generated another HTML called "front" from a second InDesign file. Each of them has its own directory with the HTML files, but I cannot link from one file to another.

InDesign hyperlinking from file to file works OK, but this is not reflected in the HTML files. I cannot see anyway in InDesign to link to completed HTML files.
