State Objets adds a height that moves up all the page

When you open a state, the pages moves up... I can't find the reason. There is no space that state. You can see what happens here, but it happens in a lot of pages. I think there is a bug. Can you take a look? I used the latest version.

There was a style character applied to some text, without it, everything it's fine!
