Select which Alternative Layouts get exported for Responsive+Liquid exports

Question

I dont want to create a new document, because any text changes will be harder to track.
So when I modify my book layout to add Tablet and Phone alternative layouts, when i export i don't want to include the book layout in that export.

Although you can export one layout or a custom Export Range in the Basic section Export HTML5 with in5 dialog (in5 > Export HTML5 with in5...), it isn't possible to exclude an alternate layout from a Responsive Layout export.
