How can I How make each page (spread) have its own url in flipbook web mode (double-page spread)? Or (same thing) - how to make Multi-page web mode so that two pages will be displayed as a spread?

Use the following syntax to access a page within a document exported as a flipbook with output set to Web (the following would take you to page 2):
index.html#p=2
