Video controls are not visible, how to show controls once rendered

Question

I use in5 for creating e-mags/interactives.  I inserted a video and for the settings I selected, Auto Play, Allowing Pausing, Auto Rewind, Pause Other Media During Playback. For "Frame Fitting", Controller Skin, I selected "Full controller". Once the file is rendered and I view the video, the video controls are not visible. Any reason why the controls aren't visible.

Noticed the same thing here, no matter what option I choose in the video panel ("big button" or "full controler"), the video tag in the HTML file gets de class "mejs-none" and the controls aren't visible. Tried to adjust the code, deleting this class and inserting "controls" in the video tag and it worked...
