Thanks for posting, Joshua. This will be supported in the next release (>1.0.2).

A keyboard shortcut can be added as follows:

  1. Choose Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts...
  2. Click New Set.. if the current set is [Default] so that new shortcuts can be added, and give your set a name.
  3. Choose Scripts from the Product Area.
  4. Scroll down and select Export HTML5 with in5... in the Commands list.
  5. Select the New Shortcut field, and key the desired keyboard shortcut (you should see the key combination appear in the New Shortcut field). Below the key combination you will see a note if the shortcut is currently applied to another Command.
  6. When you're happy with the shortcut in the New Shortcut field, click Assign.
  7. Choose OK in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog to save your shortcut and close the dialog.

In order for the shortcut to persist after you close and re-open InDesign, make sure that you have version 1.0.3 or later of in5 installed. You can download the latest version or check your version by clicking Check now... in the Info section of in5.

Thank you Justin. This is very useful. Now about that "hit Enter" command...
Just found this now, what a huge timesaver! I agree with Joshua Goodman, some kind of Express Export command with all current settings would be great!
Hit Enter was added years ago. You should be able to use the keyboard shortcut and hit Enter. That's pretty express. ;-)

Good enough, thanks Justin smiley
