Hello

Is there a way to use either left and right arrows or assign keyboard shortcuts to navigate animations within a page?

I export using slider horizontal, which moves from page to page using my keyboards arrow keys. I have a page that has content that is activated by clicking a button on the page (which acts a bit like a sub page), but I have to use a mouse to click the buttons to activate the animation, can I do it with keyboard keys?

Try using Presentation Mode and enabling Keyboard Navigation:
