Is there a way to use video in the Timing panel as if it were another animation?

I can see videos I've placed in an MSO in the Timing panel. Is there a way to make video work there as if it were another animation? What I'd like to do is have a colored rectangle fade in, smoothly hiding a video that has played, then have another video play. I've tried to use the Timing panel for that but I'm not having much luck.

Not at this time. in5 only considers if video auto plays. However, you can set a delay using the Video widget (in5 > Interactive Widgets).
