Creating a button whose link is to a "mailto" works when I export to the Web, but it does not work on a webapp

I'm wondering if using the Hyperlinks widget (in5 > Interactive Widgets) to ensure it opens in a window might make a difference, since the Web App environment is somewhat unique.

Note from the link above that the system has to be configured with a default email client.

Hi Justin Thanks for the link !!! They helped me a lot.
On most devices it has worked. But I am considering with the link directing the user to a form and thus not depending on its configuration.
