Removing shadow from final export

Question

Hi there

We wish to purchase this for a client so that once we have designed their training modules, we can then resize 4 to 5 pages of the training modules to upload in HTML to our clients training system called Aptem.

So far when we export the file, we are getting a shadow around the edge of the page area and our client has expressed that we need to have this removed.

This is a pressing matter for us so any help would be great to we can then get them to agree to pay for a monthly pro license with you.
