I'm sorry about that.
Here are a few things to try:
Save/export the INDD file as an IDML file, then save it back to INDD. This usually clears out any lingering issues within an INDD file.
Clear your InDesign preferences (best practice after a crash).
Quick reset: Launch or re-launch InDesign, and as the program launches immediately hold down the CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift keys on Mac (or CTL+ALT+Shift on Windows), until InDesign asks you if you want to reset the preferences. Click yes to reset.
Note which page may be causing the crash, paste the elements from that page into a new document and try exporting that document. This can narrow down the issue significantly.
Also worth noting, crashes are sometimes specific to particular versions of InDesign.
