I love these sort of toolbars. Here are a couple things I found myself looking for.
I had thought guide, hide & lock button would toggle the layer settings. Be awesome if they did!
I wouldn’t mind separate buttons there… one toggle guide, and another toggle hide. Of these, the guide is the most useful to have, since you can’t guide multiple layers at once, you know?
Can the Make Tween button automatically detect whether a tween is motion or shape?
In addition to In and Out, a “0″ setting would be useful too to remove easing. Or better still, make them buttons. Drop down menus slow me down. I love pushing buttons.
I love the scale and arrangement buttons. So useful.

I’ll be on the lookout for updates!
